Gola kabab and chutneys
Start with the gola kabab. It comes with a few different chutneys, and a paratha on the side is the way to eat it.

Bihari, gola, malai boti and fish tikka all come wrapped in paratha with red onions, raita and green chutney.
Burns Rd Kabab Fry
It's named for Burns Road in Karachi. Nihari and paya sit on the same Chef's Special list, if you want something slow-cooked.

Late night kababs
From 11 PM we run the Late Night Deal, six kababs and three parathas. Downtown and Heartland stay open until 2 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
